RISE Program
Who We Are
The RISE Program (Reintegration Initiative for Safety and Empowerment) was started by the Linn County Recidivism Committee
The RISE Program works exclusively with individuals that have been released from incarceration. RISE provides hygiene products and cloths for those how need them. RISE works closely with partner organizations to find jobs, bikes, bus passes, and housing. RISE provides assistance in meeting the needs of the participants with physical and emotional support. While RISE is a secular program in the community, they practice grace to all they serve.
RISE was added in early 2015 to the umbrella of Fresh Start Ministries as the mission and vision for both worked well together.
Who Qualifies for this Program?
“RISE offers an opportunity for anyone wanting to make positive changes in their lives to connect with available local resources for housing, employment, transportation, social services, and other basic human needs.”
